At Pomme, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
